What is Re21? 

 

Re21 is not your typical budget planner; instead, it functions as a financial coach to help users develop better financial habits and resilience while educating them on how to stick to their budget and reach their financial goals. 

 

Re21 includes good financial practices such as tracking income and expenses, making a monthly budget plan and checking your spending, and saving money by creating a saving goal. Moreover, you can also learn digital financial literacy lessons. 

 

 

What can I do in Re21? 

 

In Re21 application, you can save money by setting a financial goal that you want in “Goal.” 

 

In "Tracker” section, you can track your income and expenses, and you can also check your expenses by creating a budget plan. 

 

You can also study financial literacy content in the “Challenge” section.

Can I get a loan on Re21?

 

Re21 is not a loan service business. It is an application that provides good financial habits for users.

 

** These days, there are a lot of scams about loans online, as well as some common threats that tell you to install the apps in order to steal your personal data. Thus, be aware of those things. **

How to create an account in Re21? 

 

After downloading Re21 App and opening the application, you will have to open an account by answering a few questions. To open an account, you must enter the phone number you are currently using. When entering the phone number, you must start with "9" instead of "0" (for example, “9 123 456 789”). 

 

After that, a 4-digit OTP message code will be received on your phone, and you will have to fill it out. Finally, for the security of your account, you must set the 6 digits of your choice as a password. 

 

** You should not tell anyone the OTP code received to your phone and the password number you have set for the security concern of your account. ** 

 

 

Can I create an account with a phone number outside Myanmar?  

 

We are sorry. Re21 is not currently available to be used with phone numbers from other countries outside Myanmar. We will inform you immediately as soon as when Re21 is available to be used with phone numbers from other countries outside of Myanmar.

 I don’t get OTP. What should I do?  

 

When entering the phone number, you must start with "9" instead of "0" (for example, “9 123 456 789”). Sometimes, OTP would not be received due to the phone network. If so, please wait a moment and try it again.

In Re21's “Challenge” session, you can study DFL (Digital Financial Literacy) and answer the quiz. In addition, good financial practices such as tracking your income and expenses, making a monthly budget plan and checking your spending, and saving money by creating a savings goal can also be done in Re21.
