ThitsaWorks built the Re21 and Re21 Coach apps as Free apps. This SERVICE is provided by ThitsaWorks at no cost and is intended for use as is. We value and respect your privacy.

This privacy policy explains how Re21 and Re21 Coach apps use Personal Information and how we worked with the affiliated partners/3rd party service providers to provide and improve the Service. We collect Personal Information to provide the Service, and we will not use or disclose your information with anyone else except as specified in this Privacy Policy.

The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, which is accessible at Re21 unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy.

While you use the Service, we may collect your name, device type, location, service provider name, to provide the functionality of the app for you. We believe it’s reasonably required to facilitate the purpose of the Service.

Children’s Privacy

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to do the necessary actions.

Account Deletion

We understand that users may choose to discontinue their use of the app and may be concerned about the retention of their historical data. To address this, we offer a straightforward process for users to permanently delete their account and associated data. Please follow the instructions below to initiate the account deletion process. Please note that once the account data is permanently deleted, it cannot be recovered. Ensure that you have backed up any important information before initiating the account deletion process.

To delete the account, users have to follow the below instructions.

Step 1: Click the menu bar on the top left corner.

Step 2: Go to the setting.

Step 3: Click “Account Deletion."

Step 4: Click the “Continue with Facebook” button on the account deletion page.

Step 5: Click “OK” to confirm your account deletion process.

**And then your account and personal data will be deleted after 7 days. **

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
